A special meeting of the Kansas City, Kan., Board of Education will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3, at the law offices of McAnany, Van Cleave and Phillips, 10 E. Cambridge Circle Drive, Suite 300, Kansas City, Kan.
In addition to regular business, the special meeting will include a retreat to establish board goals and vision for 2020, discuss the superintendent’s goals and view a presentation on the new Kansas City, Kan., Public Schools police department.
