Alexia Lasha Hendricks, 19, has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Maurice D. Hunter on Sept. 1 near 59th and State Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas.
Hendricks also was charged with aggravated robbery, taking a Chevrolet Trailblazer from Hunter by force or threat of bodily harm while armed with a dangerous weapon or while inflicting bodily harm upon the victim during the course of the robbery, according to the indictment.
The charges were filed by District Attorney Mark Dupree Sr. in Wyandotte County District Court, according to court documents.
