The Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Kansas City, Kansas, Alumnae Chapter, is offering a scholarship pageant program in Kansas City, Kansas.
Those interested in participating in the Jabberwock Scholarship Pageant should fill out an application by Sept. 23.
