Four gas stations robbed overnight

Police are investigating four armed robberies at gas stations overnight.

Only a short time separated the four armed robberies, according to police.

The armed robberies were reported at 3:33 a.m. July 26 at 130th and State Avenue; at 3:44 a.m. at 109th and Parallel Parkway; at 3:52 a.m. at 103rd and Leavenworth Road; and at 4:14 a.m. at 98th and Parallel Parkway, according to a police spokesman.

According to police, there were no injuries in the robberies. The locations reported to police that the suspect entered the store with a handgun and demanded cash from the registers.

Police are in the process of gathering information about the robberies, according to the spokesman.
