A 17-year-old male who was shot and died on Sunday, July 21, has been identified, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department spokesman.
The slain teen was Donavan Sherman, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, the police spokesman stated.
Police responded to a shooting call about 12:40 a.m. Sunday, July 21, at the 2300 block of Birch Drive.
When they arrived, officers found two juveniles who had been shot by an unknown suspect, the police spokesman stated. The first juvenile had non-life-threatening injuries, and the second died from his injuries, according to police.
A third juvenile victim was dropped off later at a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
