An aggravated robbery was reported on the evening of June 12 at Brickel and Cleveland in Kansas City, Kansas, according to a social media post by the police chief.

Two victims picked up two suspects they met on social media, according to the chief’s post. One suspect produced a gun and told victims they wanted the car, the chief stated in the social media post.
The victims got out of the car and the suspects left, the chief stated.
There was a pursuit of the victim’s vehicle, and some individuals were taken into custody, the police spokesman stated.
The victims were not injured, the police spokesman stated.
