Police search home on Leavenworth Road

Kansas City, Kansas, police officers executed a search warrant on Thursday afternoon and evening in the 6800 block of Leavenworth Road, according to a police spokesman. Police found more than 30 guns, some explosives and drugs, according to a social media post by the police chief. A police canine unit was at the scene. There had been over 25 cars parked on the property, according to a local resident.
