The victim of a fatal accident on March 4 at 10th and K-5 has been identified, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, police spokesman.
The victim was Benjamin L. Robinson, 39, of Kansas City, Kansas.
Robinson was a passenger in a vehicle that lost control, left the roadway and struck a tree. He was in the rear driver’s side passenger seat of the vehicle.
The driver was a woman in her 30s who had minor injuries. Another passenger in the back seat was an 8-month-old who had minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Traffic Support Unit – Critical Collision Response Team.
