The victim of a homicide on Feb. 7 near apartments in the 300 block of North 70th Terrace has been identified.
The victim was Donnell C. Preston, 21, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, according to a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
When officers arrived at the scene, about 12:34 a.m. Feb. 7, they found a man who had been shot, according to a spokesman.
