Kansas City, Kansas, police are investigating a homicide at 12:34 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, in the 300 block of North 70th Terrace.
Responding to the call, officers found a man in his early 20s who had been shot, a police spokesman stated. The victim was outdoors.
Kansas City, Kansas, Fire Department personnel also responded and confirmed the victim was dead.
The location is near apartments at 70th Terrace near I-70.
The identity of the victim will be released when there is positive identification and family notification, according to police.
