Police are investigating a shooting overnight in the 300 block of North Coy in Kansas City, Kansas.
A male was shot several times while sitting in a car at about 1 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, police spokesman.
The suspect is the victim’s girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend, according to police.
The victim was struck several times, and was taken to a hospital in critical condition, the spokesman stated.
No one is in custody at this time, according to police.
