There is a chance of snow before 7 a.m., then a chance of rain and snow between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., followed by rain after 9 a.m., the weather service said. The high will be near 40 with an east northeast wind of 6 mph. Less than a half-inch of snow is possible.
Thursday night, there is a 60 percent chance of rain before 8 p.m., then rain and snow are likely between 8 p.m. and midnight, followed by a slight chance of snow after midnight, according to the weather service. The low will be around 28. Less than a tenth of an inch of precipitation is expected.
