Among the incidents reported recently in Kansas City, Kansas, was a drive-by shooting in the 1900 block of North Allis on Sept. 15, according to police.
A house was struck three times around 10:50 p.m. It was the third time the house was hit in two weeks, police said.
• In a separate incident, attempted aggravated arson was reported Sept. 15 at a Kansas City, Kansas, fire station at 4th and Kansas Avenue. The Fire Department is investigating.
• A third incident concerns multiple car burglaries in the Piper area on Saturday night.
According to a police spokesman, officers were called about 2 a.m. to the area near 122nd Terrace and Pine Valley Drive, where 31 cars were entered and various items stolen. The cars were unlocked.
