A taco dinner fundraiser is planned from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at the FOP Hall, 7844 Leavenworth Road, Kansas City, Kansas.
The taco dinner will be served buffet-style. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and younger.
Lou Braswell, executive director of the Leavenworth Road Association, said the LRA will not have a parade this year, with the construction on Leavenworth Road, and the taco dinner is taking the place of its annual fundraiser.
