The American Royal World Series of Barbecue being held now through Sunday, Sept. 16, at the Kansas Speedway is expected to include some Wyandotte County participants.
The event includes live musical entertainment, a car show and a tasting area. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Saturday will include a family fun fest.
Tickets are $25 per person, with children’s tickets at $9. The Kansas Speedway is near the intersection of I-70 and I-435 in Wyandotte County.
