“Stay Strong, Stay Healthy,” an exercise program for older adults, will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting Sept. 25, through Nov. 15.
The class improves strength, balance and flexibility. It also increases muscle strength, relieves arthritis, promotes weight maintenance, lifts depression, reduces stress and reduces risk of heart disease.
The class is offered from 11 a.m. to noon on Sept. 25, 27, Oct. 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 19, 23, 25, 30, Nov. 1, 7, 9, 13 and 15.
