A public hearing on a Rosedale Master Plan amendment is scheduled at 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 9, in the Commission Chambers, lobby level, City Hall, 701 N. 7th St., Kansas City, Kansas.
The hearing will be held during a City Planning Commission meeting.
The amendment concerns the 47th Avenue Complete Street Plan. The public may speak on the amendment.
Several other items are on the Planning Commission agenda. They include a preliminary plat for 70 single-family lots, 88 duplex lots and one multi-family lot in a Piper subdivision, an ordinance amendment on mobile grocery markets, and a permit for a private motorcycle club.
