Unity with Purpose, a Community Action Network, will hold a community update and strategy meeting for community leaders at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, at the Beatrice Lee Community Center, 1210 N. 10th St., Kansas City, Kansas.
Topics to be discussed at the meeting include a Northeast Master Plan update, mayor’s office updates, Kansas City, Kansas, Public Schools audit, community safety concerns, compensation for the wrongfully convicted, HUD EnVision Center, Ground Work USA Trust, and the primary elections.
Guest speakers who have been invited include Mayor David Alvey, Deputy Chief of Staff Christal Watson, Alvin Sykes, Tyrone Garner, and William Wells of the HUD EnVision Center.
