Two persons were injured when a semi rolled over about 12:57 p.m. Monday at northbound I-635, near I-70.
The semi was exiting from northbound I-635 to eastbound I-70, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report. The vehicle went off the road to the left, the semi then turned on its driver’s side and stopped in the ditch, the trooper’s report stated.
The driver of the semi, a 57-year-old man from Kansas City, Kansas, was injured and taken to a hospital, the trooper’s report stated.
A passenger in the semi, a 49-year-old Independence, Missouri man, also was injured and taken to the hospital, the trooper’s report stated.
