Police have identified a homicide victim who was shot June 2 in the 1900 block of North 41st Terrace.
The victim was Jocelyn Ybarra, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, according to a police spokesman. Ybarra would have been 24 years old on Monday, June 4.
Police went to the 1900 block of North 41st Terrace about 11:01 p.m. June 2 and found Ybarra inside a white vehicle, dead from a gunshot wound, according to a spokesman.
The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
