Waste Management is holding a hiring event for drivers and technicians Friday and Saturday, according to an announcement.
Applicants for driver and technician may go to the Waste Management of Kansas site at 2601 Midwest Drive, Kansas City, Kansas.
The event is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, June 1, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 2.
Candidates may apply in advance at https://careers.wm.com.
Applications also will be accepted at the event. Candidates may be hired on the spot.
Also, Waste Management stated that candidates may be eligible for a $4,500 sign-on bonus. All drivers and technician candidates hired in 2018 qualify for a $2,000 one-time special bonus.
