A new breed of coffee shop is starting to happen in Kansas City, Kansas.
Splitlog Coffee at 548 Central Ave. in Kansas City, Kansas, was founded by Adam and Caleb Wittmer, who are Kansas City area residents.
The coffee shop has been open for about a year, and features excellent coffee.
