According to the weather service, there may be a dusting of snow on Sunday morning before temperatures rise and the precipitation changes to rain.
Be careful about putting plants outdoors, as there are some freezing temperatures in the forecast this week.
Today, with the high in the 50s, there will be a calm wind becoming west 5 to 8 mph in the afternoon, the weather service said.
Tonight, there is a 30 percent chance of showers, mainly after 4 a.m., according to the weather service. The low will be around 46, with a south wind of 7 to 17 mph, gusting as high as 29 mph. Less than a tenth of an inch is possible.
Saturday, there is a 30 percent chance of showers before 7 a.m., with a high near 59, the weather service said. A south southwest wind of 14 to 16 mph will become north in the afternoon. Winds may gust as high as 29 mph. Less than a tenth of an inch of precipitation is expected.
Saturday night, the low will be around 30 with mostly cloudy skies and a north northeast wind of 9 to 11 mph, gusting as high as 18 mph, according to the weather service.
Sunday, there is a 40 percent chance of snow showers before 3 p.m., then a slight chance of rain showers, the weather service said. The high will be near 39, with an east northeast wind of 7 to 9 mph. New precipitation will be less than a tenth of an inch.
Sunday night, the chance of rain is 10 percent before 7 p.m., according to the weather service. The low will be around 31.
Monday, there is a 30 percent chance of freezing rain before 8 a.m., then a chance of rain showers, the weather service said. The high will be near 55.
Monday night, there is a 60 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, then more showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 1 a.m., according to the weather service. The low will be around 44.
Tuesday, there is a 50 percent chance of showers, with a high near 52, the weather service said.
