A victim of a fatal fire on Dec. 12 in the 800 block of Troup Avenue has been identified, according to police.
The victim was identified as Kevin V. McBride, 53, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, police stated. The death is being investigated as a homicide.
In all, there were three persons found dead in the fire, police stated. The other victims were Gwinn Green, 53, and Ronald Guess, 61, both residents of Kansas City, Kansas.
