Four persons have been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Machole Stewart on Oct. 26, 2014.
The four persons charged are Tommy Benson, Cedric Sanders, Donald Martis and Ja’son Johnson, according to the Wyandotte County District Attorney’s spokesman.
Benson and Sanders are in custody currently, while Martis is in a hospital. Johnson is not yet in custody.
Machole, 10 years old, was killed in a drive-by shooting while she was inside her mother’s home in the 1400 block of New Jersey.
