The victim of a homicide on Thursday night in the 2000 block of North Tremont Street has been identified, according to police.
The victim was Brandon Browne, 15, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, police said.
Police were called to the shooting location and found a male juvenile dead from an apparent gunshot wound to the chest, a spokesman said.
