Three Unified Government meetings are on tonight’s calendar.
A Unified Government Committee is scheduled to meet on Monday, July 10, at City Hall, fifth floor conference room, 701 N. 7th St., Kansas City, Kansas. The Neighborhood and Community Development Committee will meet at 5 p.m. This meeting is expected to be short. Several Land Bank properties are on the agenda. The agenda is posted at www.wycokck.org.
The next Unified Government budget meeting will be held shortly after the 5 p.m. UG Standing Committee meeting Monday, July 10, at City Hall, fifth floor conference room, 701 N. 7th St., Kansas City, Kansas. The maximum mill levy is scheduled to be set on July 10.
Other budget meetings are scheduled at 5 p.m. July 13, July 17, and July 20 in the fifth floor conference room. A public hearing on the UG budget will be held at 5 p.m. July 24 at the Commission Chambers, City Hall, with a budget workshop planned later. If needed a budget workshop will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, July 27, with the adoption of the budget scheduled at 7 p.m. July 27 in the Commission Chambers.
