Family yoga program planned
A family yoga program is planned from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 1, at the Mr. and Mrs. F.L. Schlagle Environmental Library, 4051 West Drive, at Wyandotte County Lake, 91st and Leavenworth Road. The program is for all ages and levels. There will be a craft and a short program inside while yoga is going on for children who are not able to participate.

Make a Fourth of July luminary
Adults and senior adults may participate in a craft program today on making a Fourth of July luminary. The program is from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Main Kansas City, Kansas, Public Library, 625 Minnesota Ave., in the storytime-craft room. Teens may attend if accompanied by adults. Those who participate may bring two quart-sized mason jars. If they do not bring jars, there is a $5 cost for supplies. Registration is required to 913-295-8250, Ext. 1112.

Free concert planned tonight at Legends Outlets
The Legends Outlets will continue its free outdoor concert series, Legends Live, from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday evening, July 1. The concert is at the Civic Courtyard Fountain at The Legends Outlets. The band on July 1 will be “The Zeros,” a 1980s tribute band playing new wave hit songs.

Sporting KC plays Portland tonight in KCK
Sporting Kansas City plays Portland at 6 p.m. tonight at Children’s Mercy Park in Kansas City, Kansas. Some tickets may still be available at SeatGeek.com. The game will be broadcast on ESPN and on Sports Radio 810 WHB and La Grande 1340 AM.
