The Bonner Springs Farmers Market is scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 27, at Kelly Murphy Park, 129 Elm St., Bonner Springs.
Nature program to discuss fur-bearing animals
A nature program this morning at the Mr. and Mrs. F.L. Schlagle Environmental Library at Wyandotte County Lake Park, 91st and Leavenworth Road, will discuss some of the mammals that live in Kansas, and their history, along with some of the former malmmals that lived here and no longer live here. The program, for all ages, is from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, May 27, at the environmental library, 4051 West Drive, at Wyandotte County Lake. For more information, call 913-295-8250.
Comedian to appear tonight at Stanford and Son’s Comedy Club
David Kious will appear at 7:45 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Saturday, May 27, and 7 p.m. Sunday, May 28, at Stanford and Son’s Comedy Club, 1867 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, Kansas.
