A new clothing store is coming to The Legends Outlets in the fall of 2017, according to an announcement today.
The H&M, Hennes and Mauritz Inc., fashion retailer will open in the former Saks 5th Avenue Off Fifth location, near the Polo store at The Legends Outlets in Kansas City, Kansas, according to a spokesman.
H&M features ladies’, men’s and teens’ clothing and accessories. At The Legends Outlets, the H&M store also will include H&M Kids selections for newborns through age 14, according to a news release.
The store places a priority on quality, design and sustainability, the news release stated, and offers high fashion at an unbeatable value.
The store location is about 25,000 square feet, and the store here will employ about 20 persons, the spokesman said.
The international fashion company started in Sweden and has 473 locations in the United States. It is known for its innovative in-store clothing recycling project, diverting 2 million pounds of unwanted textiles from landfills in 2016 in the United States, according to the news release.
