A vehicle on westbound I-70 near 98th Street was in an accident at 6:55 a.m. April 21, according to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report.
The driver of a Chevrolet Malibu tried to take a ramp, lost control, drove through the gore and came to rest on 98th Street, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver, a 30-year-old Kansas City, Kansas, man, was injured and taken to the hospital, the report stated.
