Kansas City, Kan., police are investigating the death of two men in the 1200 block of Esplanade Avenue, in the northeast area of Kansas City, Kan.
A police spokesman said police received a call around 6:37 a.m. June 19, and then found two males lying in the grass who were dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
The location of the bodies was Memorial Park Cemetery, near the Missouri River.
The age of the victims is unknown, police said.
The identity of the victims is being withheld pending positive identification and family notification, according to police.
