Great day for a St. Pat’s walk Mayor Mark Holland led the annual walk down 5th Street to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Kansas City, Kansas, today. Mayoral challenger David Alvey also participated in the midday walk. Mike Calwell, left, with the Friends of the Kaw, helped start the walk at 5th and Ann. It ended a few blocks down 5th Street at Breit’s Stein and Deli. Carrying the Irish flag on the right was Bob Kennedy. A small group participate in the walk each year on St. Patrick’s Day.
