Kansas City, Kansas, police are investigating a fatal shooting in the 1400 block of South 35th Street.
A police spokesman said officers responded to a shooting about 9:48 p.m. March 9. They found a male, in his 20s, deceased from an apparent gunshot wound, the spokesman said. He was found outside a residence.
The identity of the victim is being withheld until there is positive identification and family notification.
The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division is conducting a homicide investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
