The victim of a fatal accident on Tuesday in the 6800 block of Kaw Drive has been identified, according to police.
The victim was Paul Egr, 50, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, police said.
According to an initial police investigation, Egr was in a Dodge Charger turning eastbound on Kaw Drive when it was struck by a Lincoln MKZ traveling westbound on Kaw Drive.
Two occupants of the Lincoln were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, police said.
