A shooting was reported around 6:17 p.m. Thursday at 24th and Parallel in Kansas City, Kan., according to police.
One victim is in critical condition, a police spokesman said. Another victim walked into a hospital with a non-threatening injury.
According to the police spokesman, officers who arrived at the shooting location found one male victim who had been shot. The victim was believed to have been traveling in a vehicle when he was shot.
The suspect vehicle was described as a maroon car, the police spokesman said.
