The subject of the death investigation on June 11 in the 7900 block of State Avenue was identified by police today as Robert F. Courtney, 60, a resident of Kansas City, Kan.
The incident remains under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Major Case Unit, a spokesman said.
