Charlie Warren, a Bonner Springs resident featured in the book, “Heroes in the Skies: American Aviators in World War II,” will speak about his experiences to an open meeting of the Bonner Springs Historic Preservation Society at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, at the Bonner Springs City Library, 201 N. Nettleton Ave., Bonner Springs, Kan.
The book, released in November 2016, was written by Ian Darling.
Immediately following Warren’s presentation, the Bonner Springs Historic Preservation Society will hold a meeting.
