An injury-accident was reported at 11:35 a.m. Jan. 2 on northbound I-35 near the 18th Street exit.
A Nissan 350-Z was northbound on I-35 when it lost control and struck the guardrail on the outside shoulder, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report.
The Nissan then crossed the northbound lanes and struck the median barrier wall.
The driver, a 20-year-old woman from Kansas City, Mo., was injured and taken to a hospital in Kansas City, Kan.
