Miguel Arreola-Rosas, 37, Kansas City, Kan., has been charged with unlawfully re-entering the United States after being deported, according to the U.S. attorney’s office.
Arreola-Rosas was found in Wyandotte County, Kan.
If convicted, he faces up to two years in federal prison. Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigated. Assistant U.S. Attorney Trent Krug is prosecuting.
