An injury crash was reported at 7:42 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, on I-70 eastbound near the Turner Diagonal in Kansas City, Kan., according to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report.
As a Kia Spectra was slowing, it was struck in the rear by an Oldsmobile Intrigue, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver of the Intrigue, a 53-year-old Kansas City, Kan., woman, was injured and taken to a hospital, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver of the Spectra, a 17-year-old male from Kansas City, Kan., was not injured, according to the report.
