Wyandotte County District Attorney Jerome A. Gorman has charged Filiberto Espinoza Jr., 19, with premeditated first-degree murder in the Nov. 27 shooting death of Louis M. Scherzer.
Scherzer was shot in the 500 block of Central Avenue. The charges were filed Dec. 15.
Espinoza is in the Wyandotte County Jail. Bond was set at $1.5 million.
