A 24-year-old Roeland Park, Kan., woman drifted onto the shoulder of I-70 and hit a parked car on June 3, according to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report.
The accident happened about 8:55 p.m. June 3 on I-70 east of the I-435 exit in Wyandotte County.
The driver of the Kia Optima was injured and taken to a hospital.
The Dodge pickup on the side of the highway was unoccupied and was towed away.
