Thanksgiving forecast: Mild and mostly sunny

Mild temperatures are in the forecast for Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, according to the National Weather Service.

The high on Thursday will be 55 with mostly sunny skies, the weather service said. No rain is in the forecast. A calm wind will become south southeast 5 to 7 mph in the morning.

Today’s high will be a little lower, at 46 degrees, the weather service said, with a northwest wind of 8 to 13 mph.

Tonight, it will be mostly cloudy with a low of 33, according to the weather service. A north northwest wind of 5 to 9 mph will become calm in the evening.

On Thursday night, expect a low of 35 with partly cloudy skies, the weather service said. There will be a light and variable wind becoming northwest 5 to 9 mph in the evening.

Friday’s forecast is sunny with a high of 53, according to the weather service. There will be a northwest wind of 5 to 8 mph. Friday night, it will be clear with a low of 33.

Saturday, expect sunny skies and a high of 58, the weather service said. Saturday night, there will be a low of 43.

Sunday brings a 30 percent chance of showers with a high near 59, according to the weather service. Sunday night, there ewill be a 40 percent chance of showers with a low of 42.

Monday’s weather will be partly sunny with a high near 51, the weather service said. Monday night, the low will be around 32.
