Final official election results for Wyandotte County have been certified, and the total number of votes cast increased by 1,181, according to the Wyandotte County election commissioner.
The ballots were approved late Thursday afternoon by the Board of Canvassers. There was no change to winners or losers after this vote canvass, the election commissioner stated.
