Police today identified the victim of a homicide at about 10:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, in the 600 block of South 71st Street.
Police said the victim was Koree Hill, 24, a resident of Kansas City, Kan.
When police arrived at the scene, they found a man in his 20s, shot outside of the Terrace Pointe Apartments, the spokesman said. The victim was confirmed dead by EMS at the scene, the spokesman said.
The incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
