U.S. Rep. Kevin Yoder, R-3rd Dist., led in the latest partial results available in the 3rd District, U.S. House contest.
Yoder had 170,490 votes to Democrat Jay Sidie’s 134,915 votes, with 590 of 630 precincts reporting, as of 11:45 a.m. Wednesday. Yoder had 51 percent of the vote to Sidie’s 41 percent.
There were still 40 precincts not reporting from Johnson County, according to the secretary of state’s voter website.
