Sean McClure,36, was charged by the Wyandotte County district attorney with three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and one count of sexual battery.
McClure, a Kansas City, Kan., firefighter, is in custody in the Wyandotte County Jail. Bond was set at $50,000.
His next court date is scheduled Nov. 22.
According to a news release from the Kansas City, Kan., Fire Department, he has been placed on unpaid administrative suspension pending the outcome of the legal proceedings.
