Zachary Garrett, 22, pleaded guilty Wednesday in Wyandotte County District Court to one count of rape and one count of aggravated criminal sodomy in connection with the sexual abuse of a 2-year-old girl, according to a spokesman for the district attorney’s office.
Sentencing is set for 11:30 a.m. Dec. 2 in Division 16 of the district court.
