Kansas City, Kan., police have identified the man who died Thursday after a traffic stop in the 500 block of Stewart Avenue as Craig J. McKinnis, 45, Kansas City, Kan.
The incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s major case unit.
